News

Communicate your good news, events and milestones with the News module. Simply embed images and links to add punch. Leave comments against individual items – get people in your office and around the country communicating. Includes a links sidebar and RSS news feed (select your preferred news source).

Contacts

Create a centralised contacts list, shared throughout your business. Create and configure groups of contacts, managing access permissions for each list on a per user basis. Also use the Contacts module to manage other lists – archives, filing...you name it. Incorporates a search engine.

Management System

A website within a website. Your managers can configure and publish company documents to the Management System module, sharing them with your employees. No more using an old version of a form or document. Powerful controls over formatting and layout – get it looking just how you want it to appear.

Filing Cabinet

A web version of your network file server or hard drive, but with the advantages of web access and flexible permissions. Create folders, upload files and control user access on a folder by folder basis. Ideal for sharing common documents and files, either across your business or to create a workspace that clients can access.

CA&I Reporting

Corrective Action and Incident Reporting - record, analyse and respond to incidents, issues and events within your business. Lodge incidents, record the outcomes and actions, and produce statistics. Flexible configuration options to suit your business needs and processes.

Risk

Create and maintain Risk Registers for your business, projects or sites. No limit on the number of registers you can create. Industry standard scoring and formatting to meet Workcover and other regulatory requirements. Flexible risk categories to suit your business.

Tasks

Streamline your business processes with our Task module. Employees can create tasks for themselves or others, add comments, priorities and set status. Flexible permissions allow users to view only their own tasks, or other tasks as well. Create tasks with a priority or with a due date – the choice is yours.
