While an Audio / Visual presentation adds professionalism and interest to your induction process, it also increased the level of information transfer and retention.

Important points can be emphasised for more effectively in an audio visual presentation than a static document. Your company branding can also be re-enforced and enhanced through a professional presentation.

Development Process

  1. Provide us with your company profile, logo and photographs you would like us to use.
  2. Advise us of your primary content requirements i.e. OHS, Environment, Project Specific etc.
  3. We will develop a script and 'story board' for your approval.  We can source 'stock' photos where required to supplant your supplied images.
  4. Following approval we record the script and develop the presentation.
  5. Draft presentation is provided for your review.
  6. Following updates, you are provided with the final presentation in electronic form, and we upload it to your Induction Portal.

Technical

  • Duration: 3 - 4 minutes
  • Still images: Supplied by client or from stock libraries
  • Animated Graphics and Text: Developed by our designer
  • Voiceover: Professional Studio recording with choice of M/F voice
  • Technology: Macromedia Flash (version 8 or later)
  • Typical file size: 3 MB
